Our team recently completed a comprehensive plumbing fit-out for the new Smile Dental clinic located in Sylvia Park Mall. The scope of works included the supply and installation of all new plumbing pipework, along with specialised systems tailored to dental operations — including compressed air lines, suction lines, tempered water supply, and sanitary waste, supported by a sanitary pump. To ensure full compliance and protection of the water supply, we installed seven RPZ backflow prevention valves within the plant room. The result is a high-quality, fully integrated plumbing system designed to support the clinic’s day-to-day operations safely and efficiently.
